Kathryn Trout
Board Advisor and Operating Advisor
Kathryn is a senior technology executive who has held multiple engineering leadership roles. She thrives at product technology companies, scaling operations and growing the revenue of flagship products to new markets. She has held senior-level positions at public and private companies delivering substantial contributions to the overall company revenue – from 50% to 100% of the ARR in organizations ranging from $20M to over $500M in ARR.
She is the CTO at a healthcare benefits SaaS company combining her InsureTech and FinTech experiences. She owns strategy and operations for executing all technology projects, from development to infrastructure, including internal Information Technology and all Security and Compliance functions culminating in HITRUST certification standards. She serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion executive sponsor and as a trusted partner and mentor to People and Culture leadership.
She believes in giving back by sharing her knowledge to help others succeed. She is an Advisory Board member of the Technology Executive Peer Group, a professional peer group of CTO/CIOs in the greater Seattle area.
